If notes are deleted they cannot be re-added from "add highlights as notes"

If a user deletes notes from the canvas, but then decides to re-add them through highlights, it will not add them.
This creates a situation where the user must unhighlight, re-highlight, and retag lines to then be able to successfully use "add highlights as notes" again.
I ran into this problem when just first testing the platform to understand the tools, etc.
Thank you for your work on this tool, I'll continue to contribute in the future.

Would be nice to be able to add highlights as needed, maybe a log would help keep track of what was imported for tracking purposes
