Currently, we are limited to using the timestamp breaks that the system creates during its automatic transcription. As we go through and clean up our transcriptions (removing filler words, adding context, etc.), it would be super helpful if creating a paragraph break in the text lined up with a new timestamp in the video.

Doing so would give us more control in how the transcription is presented and consumed by the person working through it.
