I was thinking something similar, I effectively created a group/theme describing the persons type, although we’re using Job descriptor instead of persona, but similar idea

Love this idea. We are in the research phase of exploring something that could fit the bill of what you're trying to achieve here. Would love to get your feedback on some concepts in the near future.
